Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Universal Orlando and Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, whether such error is on a website or any print or other advertisement relating to these products and services.

The ticket also entitles the same one (1) guest admission to Universal Epic Universe on ONE (1) separate calendar day. Ticket is valid over an eight (8) consecutive calendar day period which commences on and includes the date selected. The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. Unused days shall be forfeited. The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (‘Universal’). Unless otherwise stated, the above Admission Media specifically excludes admission to separately ticketed events and venues at any of the Universal theme parks and/or CityWalk and excludes parking or discounts on food or merchandise. Some CityWalk venues require ages 21 or older for admission. Valid Photo ID required. Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice.

³For arrivals 01/01/26-03/12/26, the 5-Day Park-to-Park WITH Volcano Bay Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Epic Universe, AND Universal Volcano Bay theme parks on any five (5) calendar days. Ticket is valid over an eight (8) consecutive calendar day period which commences on and includes the date selected. The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. Unused days shall be forfeited. The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Personal items, candy, food, and drinks will not be accepted; however, certain perishable merchandise, such as Chocolate Frogs™, may be eligible for Park to Home Shipping. Park-to-Home shipping is available to park guests for a fee. Universal Orlando Hotel Delivery concludes daily at 5pm and the service cannot be used the day of guest check out. Separate theme park admission is required to enter the theme parks. Parking is not included. Guests are encouraged to visit the hotel’s Concierge Desk for details, availability and to make a reservation. Reservations are highly recommended but not required. Any groups over seven (7) require direct contact with the preferred venue to check and confirm availability as it is not guaranteed.
