These rooms are based on availability and the following criteria:

  • Travel Advisors can book up to two (2) rooms per night for a seven (7) night maximum length of stay.
  • Not combinable with any other discounts or programs
  • Non-commissionable
  • Travel Agent must be a registered guest of hotel for the duration of the stay.
  • Travel Advisors must have an active association with IATA, CLIA, TRUE, or ARC to enjoy discounted rate.
  • Travel Advisors must provide a valid IATA, CLIA, TRUE, or ARC card at check in (NO EXCEPTIONS). Without a card at check in, the discounted rate reverts to the current available rack rate.
  • International Travel Advisors have the opportunity to join these associations (IATA, CLIA, TRUE, & ARC), so there are no exceptions or alternative credentials that apply for these Travel Advisors.

How to Book Travel Advisor Rates

Booking By Phone: Call the Guest Contact Center at 1-888-464-3617 and ask for the Travel Advisor discounted rates.

Booking Online:

  • To book online, Travel Advisors will need to register themselves on the Universal Partner Community and then login. Please note that Travel Advisors must complete the Certified Universal Specialist program and receive a valid certificate of training completion in order to be eligible for these discounted hotel rates.
  • From the UPC, click Training & Perks on the toolbar.
  • From the Partner Perks Page, scroll down to get the hotel perks section and click “Book Online”
  • That link will take the travel advisor to the booking engine
  • Input registered IATA, CLIA, TRUE, or ARC member # under the check-in and check-out dates section. If member # is not automatically verified, please follow the steps below under “Member Verification Process”
  • From there they will book like another guest

*Must present a valid Certified Universal Orlando Resort Specialist certificate showing completion of training at check-in to qualify for a Travel Agent discounted rate. If valid certificate is not presented, the discounted rate will revert to the non-discounted, Flexible Rate. Maximum two (2) rooms per stay permitted for a maximum of seven (7) nights, per consecutive stay. Savings based off the Flexible Rate at time of booking. Savings included in the posted rate and subject to change until the reservation is booked. The Flexible Rate is the lowest published non-discounted double occupancy room rate, before tax, offered on a given night. Rates are dynamic and vary by hotel, room type, length of stay, and travel dates. Extra person fees apply when more than two (2) adults in a room. Rates are per night plus tax and the number of rooms available are limited. No group rates or other discounts apply, not applicable to existing reservations. Blockout dates may apply. Reservations must be made 24-hours in advance of arrival. Reservations must be booked by 12/16/26. (Blockout 3/27/26 - 4/11/26). Separate theme park admission required for theme park entry and to enjoy park benefits.
