^Transfer service is one-way between a Universal Orlando Resort Hotel and Port Canaveral. Vehicles, on average, can hold 1 piece of luggage and 1 carry on per person. Upon receipt of your clients E-Travel Document, please call 407-354-2456 between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm EST to arrange their transportation service between Port Canaveral and their Universal Orlando Resort Hotel. Additional restrictions may apply. Transfer service must be reserved at least 72 hours in advance.

Park-to-Home shipping is available to park guests for a fee. Universal Orlando Hotel Delivery concludes daily at 5pm and the service cannot be used the day of guest check out. Guests are encouraged to visit the hotel’s Concierge Desk for details, availability and to make a reservation. Reservations are highly recommended but not required. Any groups over seven (7) require direct contact with the preferred venue to check and confirm availability as it is not guaranteed.
