Shuttle Location:
- Guest with flights arriving between 7:00am and 8:00pm you will go to Baggage Claim (Level 2) to obtain your belongings and then to the Hotel Transportation Desk located on Level 1, Ground Transportation, of the terminal specified by your arrival airline. There you will be greeted by a Universal Orlando Representative.
- Guests with flights arriving before 7:00am and after 8:00pm will receive advance instructions to collect the Univeral's SuperStar Shuttle.
The transportation service provides direct service from Orlando International Airport to Universal Orlando Resort hotels. Shuttles can accommodate up to 25 passengers and may stop at other Universal Orlando Resort Hotels en-route to your hotel.
Transfers are not valid to/from Sanford Orlando Airport. Those guests traveling with children five or under should make note of the need for a carseat when providing flight information.
Length of Transfer: Approximately 30 minutes each way
How to add the Universal's SuperStar Shuttle to your client's vacation package:
- Select an Universal Orlando Resort Hotel
- Click on Features to update your cart
- In the Find dropdown menu, select Airport Transportation
- Select the checkbox next to Round-Trip Universal's SuperStar Shuttle – Orlando International Airport (MCO) to add it to your cart
- Click on the green Update Cart button at the bottom of the page
