These rooms are based on availability and the following criteria:

  • Travel Advisors can book up to two (2) rooms per night for a seven (7) night maximum length of stay.
  • Not combinable with any other discounts or programs
  • Non-commissionable
  • Travel Agent must be a registered guest of hotel for the duration of the stay.
  • Travel Advisors must have an active association with IATA, CLIA, TRUE, or ARC to enjoy discounted rate.
  • Travel Advisors must provide a valid IATA, CLIA, TRUE, or ARC card at check in (NO EXCEPTIONS). Without a card at check in, the discounted rate reverts to the current available rack rate.
  • International Travel Advisors have the opportunity to join these associations (IATA, CLIA, TRUE, & ARC), so there are no exceptions or alternative credentials that apply for these Travel Advisors.

How to Book Travel Advisor Rates

Booking By Phone: Call the Guest Contact Center at 1-888-464-3617 and ask for the Travel Advisor discounted rates.

Booking Online:

  • To book online, you will need to register yourself on the Universal Partner Community and then login.
  • From the UPC, scroll over the tool bar and click Partner Perks.
  • From the Partner Perks Page, select the Hotel Benefits tab and click “Book Online”
  • That link will take you to the booking engine
  • Input registered IATA, CLIA, TRUE, or ARC member # under the check-in and check-out dates section. If your member # is not automatically verified, please follow the steps below under “Member Verification Process”

Must present a valid IATA, CLIA, TRUE or ARC card at check-in to qualify for a Travel Agent discounted rate. If valid IATA, CLIA TRUE or ARC card is not presented, the discounted rate will revert to the current hotel room rate for the reserved room type. Maximum two (2) rooms per stay permitted for a maximum of seven (7) nights. Discount is off the seasonal rack rates and excludes holidays. Rates and discounts vary by hotel, length of stay, room type, travel dates, season and are subject to availability and change without notice. Savings based on the non-discounted double occupancy price for the same room, before tax and will be automatically applied at time of booking. Extra person fees apply when more than two (2) adults in a room. Rates are higher on Friday/Saturday and holidays. Rates are per night plus tax and the number of rooms available at these rates is limited. No group rates or other discounts apply. Non commissionable. Blockout dates and other restrictions may apply. Reservations must be made (24-hours) in advance of arrival and are subject to availability.
